Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Today I made the most amazingly delicious chocolate fudge brownies. This is a paleo recipe that I modified to be sugar free, so it's also gluten and grain free. I made mine with butter but I'm sure coconut oil would work just as well if you prefer. Mine turned out moist, fudgy and chocolatey with just a hint of coconut flavour. I had to take the photo quickly as pieces vanished every time I turned around. The original recipe can be found here:

Ingredients: 3 eggs 50 grams coconut flour 60 grams cocoa powder 160 grams butter, melted 3/4 cup rice malt syrup (1/2 cup would work too for a more bitter-sweet brownie Instructions: Preheat the oven to 150 degree celclus and grease a small baking dish. Beat eggs together lightly then add all other ingredients and give it a good mix. You can do this by hand or with an electric mixer or high-powered blender. Pour into the baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool for 30 minutes before cutting or removing from the pan. These store well at room temperature or in the fridge for a few days. Make sure you keep them in an airtight container. Let me know what you think if you make them!
