OVEN-FRIED SALMON CAKES by Melissa Joulwan

I had these salmon cakes for lunch today and it was hard to stop at 2, I may go back for another. They are just what you want to eat when your hungry and need real food. I pre-made these a few days ago and they are awesome to eat straight from the fridge. They are super easy and quick to make so they tick all the boxes. You will not regret making these!
